This beautiful Märklin fast railcar no. 3431M gauge 1 is produced around 1903.
It is powered by a high-voltage motor, in absolute original condition in a gauge 2 casing.
This is the only piece that was painted with "Laurel Line" and "Scranton", because it was a special costumer request from an american. One of a few worldwide existing fast railcars worldwide.
It was never a pantograph placed on the car, to secure the wonderful labeling!
Everything is absolut original and the total length is 35 cm.
The idol for Märklin was the fast railcar from Siemens in 1902.
